The products we laser process for the RF/microwave community include ceramics, integrated circuits, thick film, thin film, microwave and EMI absorbers, frozen epoxy preforms, adhesives, and more. They are routinely found in integrated systems, subsystems, wireless communications, multi-chip modules (MCMs), and multi-function assemblies (MFAs). Some of the device names they’re embedded in include: amplifiers, attenuators, detectors, drivers, duplexers, FETs, filters, oscillators, power supplies, receivers, switches, transmitters, and up/downconverters. We're located just north of Boston, Massachusetts in Devens, MA, and proudly service the entire US with many laser machining and secondary processing services. All of our materials are stocked in-house for optimal convenience.
